She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Miller and Marguerite Norine Overton (Culwell); her husband Joe Holman Ruffin; and her sister Patricia Senteney. She is survived by: her children, Beth McIntyre (Stephen) of Springfield and Steve Ruffin of Columbia; her brother Lyn Overton of Naples, Fla.; and her granddaughter Emma Ruffin Bailey (Alex) of Kansas City.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freeman Mortuary (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
