He was predeceased by: his father Robert G. Payne; his sons, Chad Aaron Lueke and Christopher Michael Payne; and his sister Kelly Toebben. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Etter (Vaughn); his sisters, Vicki Montgomery, Lori Backues and Gina Mauller-Crane; his siblings' children, Joseph McDonald, Cole Feltrop, Sean Drake, Brock Mauller and Michelle Kliethermes; his great-niece Paisley Boessen-Feltrop; and his great-nephews, Logan, Blake and Grant Kliethermes.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that expressions of sympathy be made to the Family of Michael Payne.
