She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Morrow and Wanda Morrow (Scott); and her grandson Keith Alan Rucker. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Howell; her children, Stacie Howell of Jefferson City, Scott Howell of Jefferson City, Stephanie Rimiller (Matt) of Jefferson City, Jay Howell (Rachelle) of Jefferson City and Bradley Howell (Blair) of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Justin Benward, Ashlea Benward, Kelly Twyman, Rylee Karl, Baylor Rimiller, Ashtyn Rimiller, Ethan Rimiller, Lauren Howell, Hayden Howell, Harper Howell Cadyn Howell, Dylan Howell, Whitni Howell and Scott Howell, Jr.; and her brothers, Steve Morrow (Jean) and Greg (Ila). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
