Holzhauser of Jefferson City; his father Ron Holzhauser; his sisters, Jill Rademan (Matthew) of Jefferson City, Janea Blake (Michael) of Leawood and Jennifer Holzhauser of Jefferson City; and his nieces and nephews, Coleton Rademan (Lauren), Cailey Rademan, Logan Blake, Lyla Blake, Bradyn Holzhauser, Hank and Paige Rademan.
