He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wesley and Alice Edna Webster (Simpson). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Weatherly, Connie Webster, Wendy Webster and Robert Webster; his grandchildren, Monica Weatherly, Russ Weatherly, Justin, Douglas and Serentiy; and his great grandchildren, Rusty Moe, Bella, Rilee, Gabe, Mickey and Jaxon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors (2613 W Main St, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery - Jefferson City (2600 W Main St, Jefferson City, MO 65109).
