Ruth Ann Welch Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Welch of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on November 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Davis and Ruth Davis (Strauss); her husband Bill; and her sisters, Phyllis Detherow and Kay Omer.
She is survived by: her children, Leah "Niki" Sauter (William) and William "Brent" Welch (Belinda); her brother Michael Davis (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Cannon Welch, Christine Wickers, Mikie Wickers, Dylan Sauter, Dustin Sauter and Amanda Thrasher. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Concord Baptist Church (3724 W Truman Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy are suggested to Concord Baptist Church in Ruth Ann's honor.
