She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Amanda Chambers McHaney and Dr. John William McHaney of Jefferson City, Missouri.; her husband Raymond Rohrer Roberts; and her brother James Robert McHaney. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Rohrer Roberts (Sallie) of Richmond, VA, Ruth Amanda Newton (David) of Lucedale, MS and Dr. Jonathan McHaney Roberts (Sangeeta) of Jefferson City, MO; her grandchildren, Harrison McHaney Roberts, Katherine MacDonald Sackman, Wesley Lamar Newton, Natalie Marguerite Newton, Lydia Evangeline Newton, Miriam Ruth Newton, John Nathan Newton, Sanjay Raymond Roberts and Sonya Ruth Roberts; and her great grandchildren, Anne Martin Sackman and George Thomas Sackman.
