She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestine Joseph and Frances Ann Rothove (Giesing); her stepfather Jessie Clyde Adams; her husband Jimmy; her daughters, Debbie Vernon and Sue Potts (Donald); and her children-in-law, Kenny Kerr and Carol Welch.
She is survived by: her children, John Joseph "Joe" Welch of Brighton, Mi., Vance Wayne Welch of Jefferson City, Saunsira Theresa Maupins (Robert) of Blue Springs, Linda Kay Hiatte of Jefferson City and Dorothy "Dottie" Rutledge Kerr of Jefferson City; her siblings, Don Rothove (Marc), Stanley Rothove (Melody), Ronnie Rothove (Marilyn) and JoAnn Graessle (Paul); and her grandchildren, Angie Potts, Bryan Potts (Lisa), Christy Potts, Douglas Welch (Katrina), Thomas Welch (Amy), Michael Jackson (Belinda), Freddie Vernon, Dalton Welch, Saunchel Maupins, Cole Hiatte, Madesen Hiatte, Christina Roberson (Jay), Jimmy Kerr and Susan Kerr. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Freeman Mortuary (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Freeman Chapel (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 4:15 PM to 4:30 PM at the Freeman Mortuary (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
