He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl McMillin and Melva McMillin; and his siblings, Bill McMillin and Paula McMillin. He is survived by : his children, Chuck McMillin of Springfield, Mellisa Cayce of Anamosa, Charles McMillin of Cedar Rapids and Susan McMillian of St. Louis; his siblings, David McMillin of Texarkana, Mike McMillin of Lohman, Bruce McMillin of Jefferson City, Debby Blackwell of Rocky Mount and Elizabeth Stone of Russellville; his close friend Joey Anderson; and his nephew Nathan McMillin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
