She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Behrend and Angeline Behrend (Springer); her husband Frank; her children, Julie Starr, West, Judi Shipley (Curt), Nancy Hoey (John) and John (Heather) of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Taylor Starr, Ellissa Finnicum (William IV), Rachael Newman (Dillon), Nolan Shipley (Kirsten), Morgan Shipley, Claire Shipley, Sam Heckart (Emma), Maya Heckart, Mallorie Lee-Brockhoff (Jesse), Jack Hoey, Jack Stork and Luke Stork; and her great grandchildren, Cohen Shipley, Ava Lee-Brockhoff and Rowen Heckart.
