He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy L. Mitchell and Dorothy Lee Mitchell (Thomas); and his brother Stephen Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hammer; his children, Jeneca Luckey (Dru) of Largo and Ryan Mitchell (Ashton) of Jefferson City; his granddaughters, Madilynn Mitchell and Montanna Mitchell; and his siblings, Bradley Mitchell, Blair Mitchell, Carla Mitchell-Wade, Lisa Eberle and Shelley Clanton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
