He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stout and Katherine Stout (Vogel); and his spouse Lynn Ann Stout. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Stout (Lisa Chattin) of Jefferson City and Scott Stout (Kristin) of St. Martins; his grandchildren, Kassandra Stout Cunningham (Harrison), Elijah Stout, Sophia Stout, Shia Stout, Korbin Fisher and Maddox Fisher; his great grandchildren, Sanford Cunningham and Georgia Cunningham; and his siblings, Chuck Stout (Sherri) of Raytown, MO, Jim Stout and Patty Milosovioh (Mark) of Lee's Summit.
Memorials are suggested to the Fraternal Order of Eagles Scholarship Fund.
