He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Weldon Turner and Mary Roberta Turner (Sheeley); and his brother Kevin Turner. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Turner; his daughters, Augusta (Ramiro Morales) of Clarksville and Rochelle (Nick Poynor) of Harviell, Missouri; and his grandsons, Henry Morales and Dawson Poynor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery (25350 State Hwy H, Waynesville, MO 65583).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Herb's honor may be made to New Home Baptist Church.
