He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Paul Forest and Bonnie Lee England Forest; his wife Linda Eckert; his children, Richard Eckert and Sandra Tidd; his sister Judy Eckert; and his great grandchild Kaylor Katherine Boulware.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Eckert (Barb) of Sullivan, MO and Carolyn Ross (Brian) of St. James, MO; his son-in-law Glen Tidd of Newcomersville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Joseph Boulware, Curtis Boulware, Glenn Tidd, Jr., Aecia, Judy, Kimmie Eckert, Nikki, Brittney and Thomas Eckert, Jr.. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; other relatives; and friends.
