He is survived by: his son Ryan Johnson of Fort Dodge, Iowa.; and his siblings, Carol Wawrzyniak (Norman Johnson Jr.) of Goshen, Indiana, Ellen McGirk (Paula Johnson) of Saint Charles, Missouri and Timothy Johnson of Saint Charles, Missouri.. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
