He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Rick (Tracy), Mark (Amy), Chris (Wendy) and Dan (Sara); his grandchildren, Eric (Chelsey), Jonathan (Hannah), Heather, Faith, Ryan, Tyler, Ella and Emily; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Wesley; his brother Ralph (Nancy); his niece Becky (JJ); his sister-in-law Nancy; and his mother-in-law Vivian Upchurch.
