He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Troy Pherigo and Glady Virginia Pherigo; his daughter Virginia Mae Pherigo; and his siblings, Margaret (Tootie), Connie, Bonnie and Dallas Pherigo.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Pherigo of Truesdale; his children, Missy Bachamp of Truesdale and William "Bill" Pherigo of Warrenton; his siblings, Mary Lou Rainwater (Ray) of Truesdale and Hal Pherigo of Truesdale; his grandchildren, Virginia Nicole "Nicky" Bachamp-Crance (Joey) and Cordell Thomas Bachamp (Gemma); and his great grandchildren, Avigail June Bachamp-Crance and Jolynn Faye Crance.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pitman Funeral Home (106 W Lion St, Jonesburg, MO 63351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (30114 State Rte Y, Jonesburg, MO 63351).
