He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Hart and Dolly Hart. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lea Hart of Patrick's Catholic Church; his son Corey Lee Hart (Kayla); his granddaughter Kristin Lea Hart (John Mitzak) of Durham, NC.; his sisters, Susan Hart (Angie Roberds), Columbia and Dianna "Dee Dee" Shelton (Jay Shelton); and his siblings' children, Ross, Kate, Ruthie Jo, Lucas, Ben and Penny.
