He is survived by: his children, Zach Caulk of Joplin, Joey Caulk of Neosho and Michelle Caulk of Joplin; his sister Jo L Michael of Tahlequah; his grandchildren, Chandler Boudreaux, Ashtyn Philliber, Alanedria Lovelace, Jametrich Lovelace, Caden Caulk, Marissa Caulk and Austin-Marie Porter; his great grandchildren, Sophie Porter, Corbin Boudreaux, Miles Boudreaux and Maddie Boudreaux; his niece Bonnie Marie McDonald; his nephew Jerry Allen Otten (Crystal); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Misty Rowe, Holly McDonald, Cory Otten and Michael Otten.
