He was predeceased by: his father C. A. Wade; and his brother Doug Wade. He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Paige Wade; his mother Imogene Wade Derfelt (Allen); his stepfather John Derfelt; his brother James A Wade; and his granddaughter Delilah Burkart of Webb City. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
