She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Leo and Helen Barner Connelly (Simpson); her siblings, Mary Lou Miller and Jack L. Connelly; her half-brother Terry Swift; and her grandsons, Andrus Jensen and Joel Stinnett.
She is survived by: her husband William D. Brill; her daughters, Dr. Teresa Jensen (Mike) of Rochester, Minnesota, Janice Dunaway (Steve) of Joplin, Missouri and April Hagan (Bob) of Joplin, Missouri.; and her grandchildren, Dr. Kirsten Jensen of Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Clayton Dunaway of Bentonville, Arkansas and Aaron Dunaway of Bismarck.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Park Plaza Christian Church in Joplin, Missouri, in JoAnn's memory.
