He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Belcher and Effie L. Belcher (Dyer). He is survived by: his significant other Connie Lynn Belcher; and his children, Monty Kyle Belcher of Joplin, Missouri and Stacy Lynne Starkey of Webb City, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews.
