He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Reynolds of Joplin, Missouri; his children, Billy Reynolds, Jr. of Joplin, Missouri and Nikki Eby of Seneca, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Clayton Bryant, Courtney Kellogg and Amber Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Enslee, Rylie and Laken.
