It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Burnard F. Massey (Joplin, Missouri), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Massey and Oliva Massey. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Johnson; his children, Debbie Leggett-Koehler (Gerold), Brenda McWilliams (Elmer) and Brian Massey (Kate); his grandchildren, Renee Leggett-Tidwell (Chris), Courtney Whitehead (Flint), Brad McWilliams (Katie), Benny McWilliams (Sarah), Myles Massey and Marlee Massey; his great grandchildren, Beau, Peyton Whitehead, Kinsley, Brody McWilliams and Taegan McWilliams; his brother Wilborn Massey; and his son-in-law Tom Leggett.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carl Junction FFA Alumni Scholarship.Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
