He is survived by: his wife Linda Sisk; his daughter Deanna Burns (Kevin); his grandsons, Matthew Ervin and Nathan Ervin of Webb City, Missouri; his stepgrandsons, Jacob Burns and Zachary Burns of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his sister Catherine "Kitty" Reynolds of Carterville, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
