He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Lewis (Cindy) of Omaha, NE and Harold Lewis (Gloria) of Carthage, MO; his children, Michael Judd (Jennifer) of Joplin, MO and Christine Meadows of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Trenten Judd, Nickolas Hoffman, Ashley Hoffman and Keagon Turner; and his great grandchildren, Unique Hoffman, Liliana Hoffman, Silas Hoffman, Nova Gray, Ryder Gray, Willow Turner, Catherine Judd, Orion Little and Bowen Judd.
