He was predeceased by: his parents, Quannah Elkins and Rutholene Elkins (Brattin); and his brothers, Don Elkins and Loy Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Christa (Steinbach); his daughters, Christine Myers (Kenneth) and Patricia Fenenbock (Matt Jaeger); his grandchildren, Brandon Myers, Dallas Myers and Brandi Fundin; and his great grandchildren, Rylie, Jack, Hunter, Charlotte and Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Children's Haven in care of the mortuary.
