She is survived by : her parents, Kenneth Phillips and Bobbiekaye Phillips (Wooden) of Joplin; her brother Patrick Phillips of Joplin; her grandparents, Gerri Wilson of Joplin and Duane Wooden of California; her uncles, Larry Wooden (Cindy) of Joplin and Mike Wooden (Angie) of Joplin; and her aunt Teresa Ray (Walter) of Joplin.
