He is survived by: his wife Mary Ash; his daughters, Stephanie Marie Phebus of Fairland and Shanna Leeann Reffett of Neosho, Missouri.; and his siblings, Roger Ash of Galena, Kansas, Carl Ash of Quapaw, Oklahoma, Craig Ash of Kentucky, Fern Ash of Springdale, Arkansas and Donna Hayes of Weir, Kansas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
