He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Audra Miller (Jane); his wife Kathryn Miller; his children, Douglas L. Miller, Lucinda Jeannise Miller and Wesley S. Miller; and his brother Troy Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Titia Kersh.
In lieu of flowers family has asked that donations be made to the Solace House of the Ozarks.
