With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte E. Goddard of Joplin, Missouri, born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Newkirk and Aquilla Newkirk (Foster); her brother Dannie Newkirk; and her granddaughter Mattie Garner. She is survived by: her husband William Goddard of Joplin; her children, Adam Goddard (Jamie) of Joplin, Chantal Thomas (Shawn) of Grove, Andrew Goddard (Melissa) of Joplin and Aquilla Qualls (Adam) of Grove; and her siblings, Jimmy Newkirk (Terilyn) of Webb City, Kathy Newkirk of Joplin, LaShelle Dishman (Randy) of Portland, TX and Lisa Ingle (Mike) of Joplin. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
