He is survived by: his father Michael Perry, Sr. of Carterville, Missouri.; his son Christopher Perry, Jr. of Joplin, MO; his stepsons, Garrett O'Neal (April) of Diamond, MO and Dylan O'Neal of Joplin; and his brothers, Michael Perry, Jr. (Terese) of Centralia, MO and John Perry (Leah) of Joplin.
