With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarice Jones of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clarice Jones to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Riggs and Mabel Riggs (Adams); her husband Harold Jones; and her brother Calvin Riggs. She is survived by: her children, Karen Derrick (Dan), Jeff Jones (Lidia), Mike Jones (Lisa) and Kim Church (Jason); her grandchildren, Sarah, Todd, Kaylee, Chris, Skyler, Jake, Caleb, Keagan, Abby, Seth and Levi; and her sisters, Bess Anna Bennett, Marilyn Daggett and Helen Grove. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home in care of the mortuary.
