Dennis Wayne Strait Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Strait of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on October 7, 2022 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dennis Wayne Strait to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Strait; his parents-in-law, Andrew "Jack" and Jeneda Whiteley; his siblings-in-law, Freda Whiteley and Gary Whiteley; and his grandparents, Floyd, Lois Fox, William and Thelma Strait.

He is survived by: his mother Laura Strait (Fox); his wife Cheryl (Whiteley); his children, Zachary Strait (Darryllann) and Amber Millard; his grandchildren, Mesa, Brookelynn, Samuel, Noah, Micah and Marshall; and his siblings, Daren Strait, Stephen Strait, Christy Pink (Scott) and Misty Troxel (Darin). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

The family wants to give a special thank you to Mercy Cancer Center, Glenn Garcelon Foundation, Shelly sachs Foundation and Ross Construction. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Dennis to the "Mercy Cancer Center".
