He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Johnson and Ethel Johnson (Thompson). He is survived by : his daughters, Melodie Conley (Bob Conley) of Fort Gibson, OK and Donna Salzberg (John Salzberg) of Pawleys Island, SC; his grandchildren, Zachary Doss, Jessica Thomson, Katherine Salzberg and Dan Salzberg; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Bemo and Dylan Doss.
