He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Douglas Glynn, Sr. and Gladys Irene Glynn (Williams); and his brother Dick. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Julie (Tyler David Glynn) of Anchorage, AK and Kim of Kirkwood, Missouri; his sisters, Susan Glazebrook of St. Peters Missouri and Kathleen Ann Glynn-Buerk of Fairfax, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Andrew Sean Glynn, Ethan Michael Glynn, Elizabeth Jewel Glynn, Cameron Douglas Glynn (Claire) and Carson James Glynn. He is also survived by sons and wives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary (602 S Byers Ave, Joplin, MO 64801). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (3035 S Central City Rd, Joplin, MO 64804). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Cemetery ~ Lake St.
