We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2025, Ember Thunstrom (Joplin, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Ember farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ember is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her parents, Kloie Elia and Leif Thunstrom; her grandparents, Tricia Secord, Frank Elia and Dan DeWoody; and her uncles, Jax DeWoody and Dom Secord.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Honor & Hope, a local organization that helps parents lay their babies to rest.
