He is survived by: his parents, Robert Thullesen of Branson and Deborah Thullesen (Brown) of Branson; his children, Andrew Thullesen (Bailee) of Owasso, Davin Thullesen of Odessa and Kylea Thullesen of Joplin, Missouri.; and his sister Amy Efird (Chad) of Branson, Missouri.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
