Erma Coble Obituary

As we bid Erma farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Erma is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Lee Haner (Fencer) and James Richard "Jim" Haner; her brother Leonard James "Jimmy" Haner; and her pet Shelby "Monkey" Louise. She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Haner (Sue) of Tucson, AZ; her children, Tyler James Coble of Norman, OK and Tristan LeeAnn McNeill (Coble); and her granddaughter Austyn of Webb City, MO. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews; and a community of friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parker Mortuary Chapel (1502 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Solace House in care of the mortuary.
