In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Francis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Francis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Hosea Fisher; and his brothers, John Hall and Joe Fisher (Maude Fisher). He is survived by: his son Frankie Jr. (Melinda) of Locust Grove; his wife Pearline Fisher; his sons, Larry Jr. Carter (LaTonta) of Muskogee, Adam Fisher, Jeremy Fisher and Dustin Fisher (Melissa) of Tulsa; and his siblings, Michael Fisher (Betty) of Sand Springs, Rickey Fisher (Roxanne) of Pittsburgh Kansas and Gloria Pitts (Alfred). He is also survived by Grandchildren, (15) Great grandchildren.
