He is survived by: his daughter Maya Grace; his father Eric Miller; his stepmother Lisa Miller; his mother Jax Rybczyk; his siblings, Alex Miller, Madeline Grissom (Myles), Julia Miller, Sarah Rybczyk, Chris Gregory and Kayla Amos (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Jaxon, Daeli, Braxton, Hudson, Abel, Deklan, Liam, Dawsyn, Demi, Isaiah, Ezra, Parker, Lincoln, Ella and Alice.
Memorial contributions may be made to a trust set up in Maya Grace's name at Community Bank & Trust.
