He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. Haworth and Opal Haworth. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Haworth; his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Tanya Haworth; and his daughter Deanna Beasley. He is also survived by 4 step-children, 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
