He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald L. Edwards and Addie Belle Myers Edwards; and his siblings, Joyce Bass and John Edwards. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin, Meghan and Brittney; his wife Mary Ann Moore Edwards; his daughters, Gayle Sawyer, Joplin Karen Mattes (Chuck) and Susie Edwards of Overland Park, KS.; his grandchildren, Erin Vermillion (David), Meghan Renfro (Luke), Diamond and David Mattes (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, Dawson Renfro, Hunter Renfro, Tucker Adams, Colin Vermillion, Avery Renfro, Landen Adams, Ian Vermillion, Kale Adams and Nolan Mattes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Jasper County CASA in care of the mortuary.
