He is survived by: his sons, John Marshall and Steve Marshall; his sisters, Janice Johnson (Rick) and Marsha Coonce (Bobby); his grandchildren, Joseph Marshall, Daniel Jordan, Dacy Crockett and Dage Crockett; his great grandchildren, Astrid Smith, Montana Morell, Cain Smith, Magnolia Morell and Freyja Smith; Amanda Smith (Kenny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Charlie 22 in Webb City, Missouri.
