He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Simmons and Lillian Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hurrell; his children, Kevin Simmons of Purcell, Kelly Wilson of Alba, Vincent Opat of Sierra Vista, AZ, Misty Opat of Sierra Vista, AZ and Matt McBride of Webb City; and his brother Jerry Simmons (Sue) of Carl Junction. He is also survived by his seven grand children and 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
