He was predeceased by : his parents, John White and Dorothy Roberts White; his wife Kathy White; his daughter Gayla Sue Gomez; and his siblings, Virgil White, Virgie Danley and Evelyn Cole.

He is survived by : his children, Gaylen L. White, Jr. (Christina) of Carterville and Shawntel McHenry of Joplin; and his grandchildren, Caylen White, Payton White, Ryan White, Thomas McHenry, Jr., Dalton Warden, Brandy Frailing, Mercedes Garza and Jordan Garza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
