He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cummings and Othal Cummings; his son Mitchell Linn Cummings; and his siblings, Loretta Lawrence, Lucille Hodson and Phillip Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Cummings; his children, Kimberly Jo Larson (Mark) and Christopher Glen Cummings (Mary); his grandchildren, Zach Larson, Cory Larson, Dawnielle Lipscomb (Tyler) and Cody Cummings (Jessica); his siblings, Gladys Frey, Robert Cummings and Kenneth Cummings; and his caregivers, Amanda Collins and Lacey Meier. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
