She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chapman and Adalene Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Fred Burke; her children, Tisha Doyle, Brian Burke and Susie McVay (Lucas); her grandchildren, Morgan Lock (Joe), Hayley Wyatt (Brandon), Tommy Doyle, Jake Doyle, Kylee Burke and Kohl Burke; her great grandchildren, Riley and Braxton Wyatt; her siblings, Carolyn Carr, Lisa Orr, Dale Chapman, David Chapman and Don Chapman; and her pet Lane. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and so many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary (3701 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Park Baptist Church (725 S Highview Ave, Joplin, MO 64801).
In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the Joplin Humane Society and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
