Middleton and Iva Lee (Cockrum); and her husband William Cupp. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Cupp (Donna) of Joplin, MO and Claude Cupp (Gloria) of Neosho, MO.; and her sister Eva Mae Williams of Raytown, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
