He was predeceased by : his father George Erickson. He is survived by : his mother Lucille Erickson (Osborn) of Des Moines, IA; his sons, David James Erickson of Joplin, MO and Aaron Michael Erickson of Joplin, MO; his grandsons, Sean Thomas Erickson of Joplin, MO, Cord Michael Erickson of Joplin, MO, Michael Paul Erickson of Joplin, MO and Kashton Lee Erickson of Joplin, MO; his siblings, Linda Eastwood, Connie Linnane of Des Moines, IA and Ronald Erickson of Des Moines, IA; and his nieces, Katie of Des Moines, IA, Kristina of Des Moines, IA and Ashley of Des Moines, IA.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parker Mortuary (1502 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64804).
